Book Review
Summary/Plot
In this episode of the Baudelaire lives they are sent to live with Jerome and Esmé Squalor. The Squalors live in the penthouse apartment in Dark Avenue. At this the Baudelaires thought it was just a name like Ella Blvd. or Lousy Lane, but at this time it was actually dark. This is because on this street dark was out and light was in. Also later they find out elevators are out and stairs are in. Every year they do an annual In Auction, and they auction off a red herring, doilies, and a lot of other things that I can’t list. Once again Count Olaf shows up in a disguise as Gunther with another nasty scheme to steal the Baudelaire fortune. As in the last book when the Quagmires were captured they also have a large fortune, the Quagmire sapphires that they were to gain when they come of age, but now that Count Olaf has his dirty hands on the Quagmire triplets he could gain 2 fortunes. Do you think the Baudelaires will save their friends before it is too late?

Additional Information
This book has part divorce without paperwork seeing as they run away from each other. But like all the other books in this series it is scary, suspenseful, and electrifying.

My point of view
I give this book a ten out of ten books.
I think you ought to write your own book about a series of unfortunate events. Oh wait! You can’t write until your broken finger heals. You don’t stand to inherit an earthly fortune but your parents are a treasure worth protecting and valuing.❤️
Oh that one is funny but Ezme is kinda annoying in the episode she drives me crazy!
