Hey guys, today I got released today for full time gymnastics from the doctor and released from pt yesterday! Now I can start getting stronger in my shoulder. When I went to the doctor, he told me that my deltoid muscle (which is the muscle I was working on in pt) is getting stronger, and he said that I have quite a bit of muscle mass in my shoulder. I was super happy about that. But he said that if it hurts again that I need to tell my mom so she can take me in to see him.
Yesterday at pt my therapist told me that I was done and she told me that he would probably release me so I was looking forward to it. I was hoping that my coach would let me do flips and stuff but no, he said I need to get stronger.
Today after I went to the doctor I went to practice, I thought I was going to have stamina, nope 👎🏻 when I came out of practice I was as bright as a tomato. I’m really excited that I get to start doing gymnastics again. I hope that soon I will be able to score out of level 5, then I can blog about it. It will be a hard to get back to it but I think I will be stronger than ever.
